He has resolved IRS and state tax issues on behalf of individuals, families, trusts and estates, sole proprietorships, corporations, LLCs, and other individual and business and entities. He has gained an enviable proficiency with federal and state tax laws and procedures. He regularly confronts tax procedural complications and participates in audits, negotiations and settlements, administrative and judicial appeals, trials of tax cases and the seemingly endless variety of tax collection issues often involving liens and seizures.
