Matthew Stanley is a Tacoma, Washington-based lawyer with more than 35 years of experience administering a multi-state tax controversies practice. He has resolved IRS and state tax issues on behalf of individuals, families, trusts and estates, sole proprietorships, corporations, LLCs, and other individual and business and entities. He has gained an enviable proficiency with federal and state tax laws and procedures. He regularly confronts tax procedural complications and participates in audits, negotiations and settlements, administrative and judicial appeals, trials of tax cases and the seemingly endless variety of tax collection issues often involving liens and seizures.

The tax cases he handles involve both civil and criminal disputes. Matt combines his extensive knowledge of state and federal tax law and procedures with a dedication to serving clients and a vow to achieving the best results in every case. He cares.
